ONION and RUTABAGA HASH
2 T butter
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 lb Rutabaga, peeled and grated
Salt and pepper
1Sauté onions in butter over medium heat until they are translucent.
2 Add rutabaga, salt and pepper, and raise heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the rutabagas are quite soft and beginning to turn brown.
3 Adjust seasonings and serve warm.
