Large leaves of lettuce
1 Cucumber, sliced thinly
Your favorite turkey lunch meat or leftover cooked chicken (grilled is wonderful)
Your favorite hummus (we like roasted red pepper flavored)
1Wash the individual leaves and then pat dry with a clean towel.
2 Layout however many leaves you would like (each will make a wrap).
3 Layer each leaf with the meat, spread on the hummus, then put in as many cucumber slices as you would like.
4 Roll up the leaf and secure with a toothpick if you would like, or put on a plate seam down.
5 Serve immediately or pack for lunches.
