Quick Spinach Dip
Quick Spinach Dip
1 bag of spinach or desired amount
butter or oil to coat skillet
up to one 8 oz. package of cream cheese.
2 garlic cloves, minced.
salt to taste

Soak spinach in water to wet the leaves then throw into skillet with small amount of oil or butter.

Cover and wilt spinach until it is cooked down.

Add the garlic and remove cover.

Drain thoroughly.

Add an appropriate amount of cream cheese to make it a creamy dip.

Salt to taste.

Cook over a low heat until heated through.

Serve hot with crackers.
