Veggie Rice Bowl with Peanut Curry Sauce
Ingredients
Smooth peanut butter
coconut milk
tamarind paste
soy milk (optional)
vinegar
sugar
curry powder
chili powder
soy sauce or tamari
Directions
1Cook brown rice.
2Just before serving, steam chopped veggies of your choice.
