Simple Sesame Noodles
Cucumber, Garlic, Garlic Scape, Green Garlic, Green Onion, Scallion

Ingredients
1/2 lb pasta
1 cucumber, diced
2 scallions, chopped
1 T sesame oil
2 T honey
3 T tahini
3 T soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, smashed
pinch of crushed red pepper
Directions
1Cook pasta
2Set aside prepped cucumbers and scallions
3Combine remaining ingredients to make a sauce
4Toss noodles with sauce and top with scallion and cucumber
