As many rutabaga as your heart desires.
Olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2 Peel rutabaga using a vegetable peeler
3 Slice the peeled rutabaga into fries
4 Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray and add fries
5 Spray fries with cooking spray (or toss fries in olive oil) and season with salt, pepper and chili powder (or seasonings of your choice)
6 Flip fries several times to coat before baking for 15 minutes
7 Flip the fries and bake for another 10 – 20 minutes until desired doneness is achieved
