Roasted Spicy Cauliflower

Roasted Spicy Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, florets cut into bite-size pieces
Olive oil
Fine sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 red or yellow onion, finely chopped
1 hot pepper, half of the seeds discarded, finely chopped
4 T of hot pepper dressing (see recipe to right)
1/4 C basil leaves
Directions
1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2 Place cauliflower on a baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast until brown and just soft, 4 to 8 minutes.
3 Transfer cauliflower to a bowl, along with onion, jalapeno, and . Toss to combine. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with basil leaves; serve immediately.
