Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 C flour
3 T sugar
2 t baking powder
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t allspice
1/4 t ginger
1/4 t salt
pinch of nutmeg
3 T butter
1 1/4 C milk
3/4 C roasted. mashed squash
1 large egg
Directions
1Whisk together dry ingredients
2In second bowl, whisk together milk, squash and egg - then whisk in melted butter
3Add milk mixture to flour mixture and stir until just combined
4Cook up pancakes in griddle or pan - about 2-3 minutes per side.
