Ingredients
1 bunch of kale, stems removed, leaves torn into pieces
1 bunch radishes, bulbs and tops rinsed and sliced
1 T peanut oil
1/4 c green garlic, minced
2 T soy sauce
2 t brown sugar
1 t rice vinegar
Directions
1Boil the kale in plenty of water for 3 minutes. Drain in a colander, rinse with cool water and squeeze dry.
2 Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds, add kale, radish tops and bulbs and remaining ingredients.
3 Toss to blend, add more of either seasoning to achieve a sweet, sour, and salty balance.
