Kale Chimichurri (serve with steak!)

Ingredients
2-3 cloves garlic
1 C firmly packed kale leaves, no stem, torn into small pieces
1/2 C olive oil
2 T red wine vinegar
1 t fine sea salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
1Add ingredients one at a time, in order starting with garlic, to a food processor and blend until smooth.
