1 bunch kale, stems removed, leaves cut in strips
2 T olive oil
1 T butter
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2-3 pearl onions, chopped
1 T minced fresh ginger root
Juice of 1 fresh lime
Freshly ground black pepper
1Steam kale until slightly wilted.
2 In large skillet or wok, heat oil and butter, add garlic, onion and ginger; saute until onion is soft. Toss in kale.
3 Cover and cook on low heat until kale is tender.
4 Toss in lime juice and pepper to taste. Makes 2-4 servings.
