Creamy Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
2 medium cucumbers, sliced thin
1 small onion, sliced thin into half rings
1⁄4 c plain yogurt
1⁄4 c mayonnaise
1 t sugar
1⁄4 t salt
dill, basil or celery seed to taste
Directions
1Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve within 1 hour. They get watery if they sit.
