Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower
2 T olive oil
1 t salt
4 T butter, cut into pieces
1/3 C hot sauce
1 T white vinegar
1/4 t worcestershire sauce
1 C thinly sliced celery
1/2 C crumbled blue cheese
Directions
1Preheat oven to 450
2Break cauliflower into large florets and put in large bowl.
3Add oil and salt and toss to coat.
4Spread evenly on rimmed baking sheeter - bake until tender and browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Return cauliflower to bowl.
5Meanwhile, put butter, hot sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce, in a small sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until ingredients come together. About 2-3 minutes.
6Pour over cauliflower and toss until well coated. Serve, sprinkling with celery and cheese.
