Part Time Field Crew Member

Components of the Job:

• Daily physical field work including transplanting, row-covering, weeding, harvesting, washing, and packing
• Working at an efficient pace
• Frequent bending and kneeling
• Working outside in all weather conditions
• Frequent lifting of 25–45 pounds
• Working collaboratively as part of a crew
• Receiving and following verbal instruction
• Communicating clearly and consistently with the farm team

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least one full season on a vegetable farm or other relevant farm experience
• Ability to balance speed and quality of work
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Ability to move efficiently and maintain stamina throughout long workdays

Compensation:

We believe in paying a living wage. The 2026 starting wage is $16.84/hour. With the typical season-end bonus, total compensation averages $17.84/hour.

Position & Timing:

All shifts run from 7:30am–5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. We typically have a crew of 10–12 people working each weekday. No weekend work.

• Part-Time Field Crew: 2–3 days per week, 9.5 hours per day (experience typically required).

Part-time positions typically run from June through October.
