Part Time Field Crew Member
PART TIME FIELD CREW MEMBER
Components of the Job:
- Daily physical field work including transplanting, row-covering, weeding, harvesting, washing, and packing
- Working at an efficient pace
- Frequent bending and kneeling
- Working outside in all weather conditions
- Frequent lifting of 25–45 pounds
- Working collaboratively as part of a crew
- Receiving and following verbal instruction
- Communicating clearly and consistently with the farm team
Desired Skills & Experience:
- At least one full season on a vegetable farm or other relevant farm experience
- Ability to balance speed and quality of work
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Ability to move efficiently and maintain stamina throughout long workdays
Compensation:
We believe in paying a living wage. The 2026 starting wage is $16.84/hour. With the typical season-end bonus, total compensation averages $17.84/hour.

Position & Timing:
All shifts run from 7:30am–5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. We typically have a crew of 10–12 people working each weekday. No weekend work.
- Part-Time Field Crew: 2–3 days per week, 9.5 hours per day (experience typically required).
Part-time positions typically run from June through October.
