Sure the ground beef and onion together in a Dutch over over medium heat, breaking up the meat as it cooks. When meat is browned, drain off any fate and season with salt and pepper.
Add the tomatoes and continue heating.
Add potatoes and let simmer until the potatoes are soft and lay to pierce, about 15 minutes.
Add the corn and zucchini and continue to simmer until they are tender, about 3 minutes.
Do not overcook.
