Zucchini Mac and Cheese
half bag spiral pasta
2 T butter
3-4 medium zucchini
3 cloves garlic
1.5 C shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Prepare pasta

Use a food processor to finely shred/chop the zuchinni and garlic

Melt butter in skillet or cast iron

Sautee the zucchini and garlic for about 5 minutes

Mix the pasta, zuchinni, and cheese all together.

Salt and pepper to taste.
