Putting up Corn for Winter

Put a big pot of water on to boil.

Husk all the corn, getting off as much silk as possible.

Drop the corn in the pot and boil for 7 minutes.

Get a big bucket of ice water ready to cool the corn as soon as the timer goes off.

Cool the corn so it stops cooking.

Cut  the corn off the cob and pack two cups at a time into bags.

Label, Freeze, and Clean up!
