Zucchini Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
half bag spiral pasta
2 T butter
3-4 medium zucchini
3 cloves garlic
1.5 C shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1Prepare pasta
2 Use a food processor to finely shred/chop the zuchinni and garlic
3 Melt butter in skillet or cast iron
4 Sautee the zucchini and garlic for about 5 minutes
5 Mix the pasta, zuchinni, and cheese all together.
6 Salt and pepper to taste.
