Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 C all-purpose flour
3 T sugar
2 t baking powder
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t allspice
1/4 t ginger
1/4 t salt
pinch of nutmeg
3 T unsalted butter, melted
1 1/4 C milk
3/4 roasted squash puree
1 egg
Directions
1Whisk together dry ingredients in large bowl.
2In medium bowl, whisk milk, pumpkin, and egg... then whisk in melted butter.
3Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just combined.
4Cook the pancakes in a skillet - until golden brown on both sides.
