Mashed Rutabaga with Orange
 2 pounds Rutabaga, peeled
 	2 tablespoons Orange Juice
 	1 tablespoon Butter
 	Salt and Pepper, to taste

Cube the rutabaga and steam over boiling water for 30-35 minutes, until very tender.

Mash the rutabaga with orange juice and butter, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
