Snow Pea, Cabbage, Dill and Smoked Gouda Pasta Salad

 1/2 pound Tri-color Rotini, Gluten-free if desired
  1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  1/2 pound Smoked Gouda, cubed
  1 bag (1/2 pound) Snow Pea, stringed, cut in half
  1/4 head Cabbage, cored and shredded
  4 tablespoons Dill, chopped
  1 small clove Garlic, minced
  1 tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
  1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  Salt and Pepper

Cook pasta according to package instructions, toss with a tablespoon of oil, and allow it to cool as you pull together the rest of the recipe. Toss pasta with smoked gouda, peas, cabbage, and dill. In separate bowl whisk together vinaigrette, season to taste and toss with pasta salad.
