1Put a big pot of water on to boil.
2 Husk all the corn, getting off as much silk as possible.
3 Drop the corn in the pot and boil for 7 minutes.
4 Get a big bucket of ice water ready to cool the corn as soon as the timer goes off.
5 Cool the corn so it stops cooking.
6 Cut the corn off the cob and pack two cups at a time into bags.
7 Label, Freeze, and Clean up!
