 3/4 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved if large
 1 T sesame oil
 2 T honey
 3 T tahini
 3 T soy sauce
 2 cloves garlic, smashed
 pinch of crushed red pepper

Preheat oven to 425

Toss brussels in sesame oil

Roast brussels for 20 to 25 minutes

Combine remain ingredients.

Toss roasted brussels with sauce and serve
