Muhammara (Delicious red pepper dip)

 1 large roasted red pepper
 3/4 C almonds (or walnuts), toasted
 1 clove garlic
 1/4 t crushed red pepper
 1/2 t ground cumin
 2 t lemon juice
 2 T olive oil
 1 T honey
 2 oz feta
 kosher salt and black pepper

In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until mostly smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
