Simple Sesame Noodles

 1/2 lb pasta
 1 cucumber, diced
 2 scallions, chopped
 1 T sesame oil
 2 T honey
 3 T tahini
 3 T soy sauce
 2 cloves garlic, smashed
 pinch of crushed red pepper

Cook pasta

Set aside prepped cucumbers and scallions

Combine remaining ingredients to make a sauce

Toss noodles with sauce and top with scallion and cucumber
