Sesame Parsley Salad Dressing

3 garlic scapes, minced

2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)

1 teaspoon honey

1/4 cup cup lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

3/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt

freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in blender. Taste for seasoning, adding more salt to taste.
