Use a mandoline or vegetable peeler to slice your cucumber into thin ribbons.
Toss them with the lime juice and olive oil.
Add the peas, radishes, mint, and feta.
Toss again until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Don't let stand long before serving - will become soggy.
