Burrito Drive Pickled Radishes

Name: Burrito Drive Pickled Radishes
Prep time: PTM
Ingredients: 1 c water; t1 c white wine vinegar; t2 T salt; t1 1/2 T sugar; t1 bunch of green garlic or 2-3 garlic scapes; t1 bunch radishes, sliced thin; t1 jalapeno pepper, if desired

Ingredients

1 c water

1 c white wine vinegar

2 T salt

1 1/2 T sugar

1 bunch of green garlic or 2-3 garlic scapes

1 bunch radishes, sliced thin

1 jalapeno pepper, if desired

Directions

1Combine the first 5 ingredients and heat slowly until the sugar and salt dissolve. Pour over the radishes and peppers.

2 Cool, then refrigerate overnight.
